All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS within the Continental USA on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders shipped with UPS are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
NEW YORK State Sales Tax of 8.875% will be added to clothing items over $110, as well as some items where tax rates apply. This only applies to orders shipped within the State of New York.
We accept payments from the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Yes! The sooner you let us know the better. Please contact us by email: email@example.com with your order details. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card that was used to place the original order.
Once your parcel has been booked in for collection, we are unable to cancel or make any changes. UPS usually collects at 4pm Monday – Friday.

If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us by email before returning any item.
Refunds will be credited to the same credit card that was used to place the original order.
Merchandise returned must be unworn with all tags intact.
When returning shoes, you must include the original literature, shoe box and shoe bags. Failure to comply may result in your return being denied. Packing slips must accompany all returned merchandise.
We recommend that you send returns to us with a carrier that provides a tracking number and insurance. Grahame Fowler Original is not responsible for your return shipping cost or any missing package(s).
Grahame Fowler Original will process your exchange/return once we have received your original order.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refunds are received and processed. In the event that merchandise is out of stock and we cannot process an exchange, you will be refunded, excluding shipping cost.
Note: All returns are refunded for merchandise cost only. All shipping charges are the responsibilty of the customer.
Please also note that all online orders must be returned to www.grahamefowler.com. Items purchased from www.grahamefowler.com cannot be returned to our physical store location.

Unfortunately, special orders, or international orders cannot be returned or exchanged at this item.
If you purchase an item at any of our store locations our store polices apply. We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with receipt within 14 days of purchase. Store returns shipped to our Website Returns Address are not accepted.
Items on sale are considered Final. No Returns and No Exchanges.

Eighties weight thread is finer than the coarser 40’s weight (non-pinpoint) Oxford. Two-Ply means that two Eighties weight threads are spindled together to “double reinforce” the all cotton fabric, thus preventing a hole developing in the woven fabric. In short, a finer and stronger cotton.
